Admission:

As soon as students receive their invitation requests, they will need the following documents:

1. Visa application form duly completed and with each page signed.
2. Two 35x45mm color ID photos with white backgrounds, with the face making up 70-80% of the photo.
3. The original invitation was issued by a higher education institution in Ukraine and registered with the “Ukrainian State Center of International Education”.
4. Passport with photocopies of all main pages (pages with photo, passport validity date, various visas).
5. its period of validity must exceed at least 3 months from the expiry date of the visa requested; it must have at least 2 free pages.
6. A simple photocopy of the CIN on both sides.
7. Baccalaureate certificate with Apostille (in French or accompanied by the French translation compulsory).
8. Baccalaureate transcript with Apostille (in English or accompanied by the mandatory English translation).
9. Extract of the birth certificate with Apostille (with mention of the names of the parents in French or accompanied by the mandatory French translation).
10. Original of the certificate of financial support (by the applicant’s father or mother only) containing the address and telephone number of the guarantor, proof of professional situation (work certificate, Trade Register, retirement certificate, etc.) ) and simple photocopy of the CIN recto verso.
11. Original of the guarantor’s bank statement for the last three months preceding the date of the visa application filing, with the bank stamp; Or the last 3 payslips with the employer’s stamp.
12. Original travel insurance certificate valid for the whole world with a duration of at least 6 months from the date of scheduled entry into Ukraine and maximum coverage of at least 30 thousand Euros.
13. Original COVID insurance certificate from the Ukrainian company covering a whole period of validity of the requested visa. For more info click HERE.
14. Parental authorization of both parents (or the legal guardian) for leaving Moroccan territory legalized with the competent authorities – only for minor children. With simple photocopies of the CIN recto verso.
15. The receipt for payment of consular fees.
